    另外,根據(jù)與收件人的關(guān)系,Email的措辭也分為正式與非正式。下面,我們從稱呼開始,給大家講講,該如何寫好一封Email。
 

稱呼Greetings

如果不確定收件的女性是否已婚,用Miss或Mrs來稱呼對方是不恰當(dāng)?shù)摹?/strong>

 

 稱呼后面的標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號為逗號,但To whom it may concern例外,后面是冒號。
